This Notice may not encompass all Personal Information collected or processed by individual schools, which are independently owned and operated franchises. By visiting the Services or otherwise providing your Personal Information to us, you agree that your Personal Information will be handled as described in this Policy and consent to our Terms and Conditions.

LeafSpring collects “Personal Information” regarding visitors to our Services in a variety of ways. Generally, we collect Personal Information directly from you, through technologies in use on our Services, and in some cases from other parties such as vendors that help us operate our business.

We collect Personal Information about you or your child when you submit it through various features on our Services. For example, to register for the LeafSpring Newsletter, you must provide your email address. When you submit a request for more information about LeafSpring Schools, we may collect Personal Information such as your first and last name, email address, phone number, and address, as well as your child’s first name and date of birth. If you post a testimonial or other user-generated content, we may collect photos or videos you choose to share. And when you sign up for a sweepstakes, contest, or other promotion, we collect Personal Information such as your name, address, phone number, and email address.

User-Generated Content
Content shared with us or via our social media channels is subject to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and our User Generated Content Terms and Conditions.

Creating an account may be necessary to access certain features. Account information must be accurate. You are responsible for the security of your account. LeafSpring Schools is not liable for unauthorized access to your account.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. LEAFSPRING SCHOOLS AND ITS AFFILIATES DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.

Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LEAFSPRING SCHOOLS AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $250 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE LAST 12 MONTHS.

Dispute Resolution Terms
Disputes not resolved informally must go to mediation before any legal action. All disputes must be filed exclusively in courts located in Atlanta, Georgia. You waive the right to a jury trial and class actions. Claims must be brought within one year.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LeafSpring Schools and its affiliates from any claims related to your use of the Services, violations of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.

No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of our rights.

Severability
If any part of these Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in full effect.

Assignment
LeafSpring Schools may assign its rights under these Terms. You may not assign yours without our prior written consent.

Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
